Validity: Valid for local and Overseas market alike.

Rates quoted includes :

• Rates are quoted nett inclusive 10% service charge and 6% government tax.
• Rates are quoted with breakfast.
• Complimentary wireless internet connection at the common area.
• Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia
• Welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival.
• Welcome fruit basket.
• Daily evening turn-down service with freshly cut fruit platter.

Terms & Conditions

• Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM100.00 nett per bed per night inclusive of breakfast.
• Extra beds/rollaways are complimentary for children below 12 of age sharing room with parents excluding daily breakfast.
• Baby cot is provided complimentary subject to availability.
• Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
• Check In Time : 2.00 pm
• Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Extended check-out during Peak Period :
  Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
  After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
• Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
• Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
  
  
  

CANCELLATION POLICY :

One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 9 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Christmas Eve & New Year Eve 2011

During these nights, we traditionally hold a pre- dinner cocktail and gala dinner which is compulsory for all guest, charges for the event are as follows:

Adult RM320.00 nett per person
Child (05 –12 years) RM180.00 nett per child

Event rates are inclusive of pre-dinner cocktails and a 4-course Western set dinner.
